Today, it is 32ºC (91ºF) outside which feel like 37ºC (98ºF) because of the humidity. Today is also the day I decided to thoroughly clean my house (dust, sweep and mop) and go to the supermarket. I am so tempted to strip down to my bikini and lie among the frozen vegetables, but I’m not sure it’ll go down well with the supermarket folk.
Tonight, I might curl myself into a tight ball and sleep inside my fridge.
Counterpoint: Hot weather is the best weather. SF tends to stay between 50 and 70 (on “hot” days) year-round, save for one week of heat in August and a couple weeks of cold weather in winter. Back home in Georgia, 90 degree days were common and wonderful. Right now, it’s rainy and muggy out here, moreso than usual. Been raining all week. Let’s trade!
