this is where the magic happens (via fourel)
on the left— ground chicken, covered in orange bourbon peppercorn sauce from whole foods, with some seasoning salt and other spices added for flavor.
back and to the right, pasta, ready for boiling.
front and to the right, quarter stick of butter, which is topped with a roasted garlic peanut sauce, which i’m going to make actual pasta sauce out of. i added a couple cloves of garlic later during cooking.
cooking dinner at midnight? later than i’ve done it lately, but it’s gotta happen.
