also, while i’m awake before sunup and hungover and introspective and sitting in the dark trying to concentrate on a game—
i think my problem, and there is a problem, is that i need a success. all my projects at work are long-term and high-stress, which means that i’ll have a nice book with my name on it (it’d better have my frigging name on it) six months from now, but until then, i’m stuck pushing this rock uphill.
