One of my favorite scenes from the second episode of Louie, the new FX series from Louis C.K. I thought this scene was amazing. Interesting note - according to Andrew Sullivan, the etymology of the word ‘faggot’ described in this scene is ‘bullshit’. h/t Vulture.
This is a great scene, and Sullivan is correct. I wonder if this was mostly improv or completely written? It feels pretty natural.
